Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground:
 
2nd Day Air (W/A)
UPS 3 day Select (W/A)
UPS  Next Day Air (W/A)
Some of the above shipping methods are not available in certain states.  
 
Shipping costs are calculated as a standard ground price for all states.  Some ground rates are more or less, depending on the state being shipped to.  All orders will be recalculated as to the ship to destination. And monies refunded back to the shipper's credit cards immediately upon our office receiving the order. 
 
  All other methods of ordering will be recalculated if you choose to desire shipping other than ground.  
 
If no shipping costs are incurred such as, on in town orders, where delivery is available. Your final billing will show the refund to your order immediately upon our acceptance of your order. We appreciate your patience at the time of ordering.  A confirmation will be sent to you by email stating the amount of rthe shipping charged and the amount of the refund.
